Linux support for OpenXR in the OpenVR plugin

The OpenVR plugin allows sending a ParaView render view to a VR/XR headset via either OpenVR or OpenXR, but to date this has only been possible on Windows. This change brings Linux support for the OpenXR backend from VTK, and it fixes a couple minor problems in the plugin code.
