Improve logo representation in chart view

Apply some improvements for the logo representation in chart view :

  • allow arbitrary coordinates for this representation based on what was done for the chart text representation in this MR

  • logos in the RenderView and other 3D View are automatically rescale, now we have a similar behavior for chart view
