VRPlugin: Rename to CAVEInteraction

The ParaView plugin VRPlugin has been renamed to CAVEInteraction. As the new name implies, this plugin is used to interact with Cave automatic virtual environments.

This MR resolves 1 of the 2 parts of #21082 (closed).
