Allow CGNS reading/writing for CATALYST builds.

Allow CATALYST builds with CGNS reader and/or writer enabled.

Added PARAVIEW_USE_CGNS_READER and PARAVIEW_USE_CGNS_WRITER to choose the CGNS reader and or writer.

Fix problem with adding the parallel CGNS Writer servermanager xml file in Remoting/Application/CMakeLists.txt Add error message for unsupported blocks in the parallel CGNS writer.
