Adding informations in htg panel

Yohann Bearzi (Kitware) requested to merge yohann.bearzi/paraview:htg-panel-information into master

The bounds and extent of vtkHyperTreeGrid were not set in vtkPVDataInformation. Elements depending on them, such as clip / slice widgets, were hence wrongly set.

In addition, the level of AMR is now also added.
