Hide the Window Context Help item.

Stan Hammon requested to merge _transfer-stan.hammon/paraview:hide-window-context-help into master

It appears to have only very limited use in the code base, and is just visual clutter at this point. On Windows, this appears as a "?" in the window Title Bar On Linux, this appears as a menu item in the Title Bar menu
