Move VTKExtensions/Testing tests

Spiros Tsalikis requested to merge spiros.tsalikis/paraview:move-VTKExtensions/Testing-test into master

VTKExtensions/Testing directory included several tests that were not been executed. This was a result of a refactoring process. The majority of the tests are now moved to their appropriate folder. Tests related to vtkIceTCompositePass have been deactivated because they need to be heavily updated due to major API changes. Tests that were deemed unnecessary were deleted.

This MR should be merged after !5178 (merged).
