BUG 15867: Get custom default value to the camera

Cory Quammen requested to merge cory.quammen/paraview:15867_parallel_projection_setting into master

Camera properties are set to not synchronize from the server manager. Work around this when the camera is initially created so that the default settings can make it to the client-side object.
