Adding a max criterion for resample to htg

Yohann Bearzi (Kitware) requested to merge yohann.bearzi/paraview:resample2htg-max into master

This new measurement method can be useful as a subdivision criterion in the filter. For instance, if the input has edge-type features to be used to drive the subdivision, this metric works better than the arithmetic mean that tends to blur out the input.
