Cleanup install/example tests

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:cleanup-test-development-install into master

ParaView::Install, a test that tests if "make install" works for ParaView, is now always added irrespective of PARAVIEW_INSTALL_DEVELOPMENT_FILES flag.

Example tests are added in two modes, when appropriate: using build-dir and using install-dir. To distinguish, we use different prefixes (ParaViewExample-build-* and ParaViewExample-install-*.

Fixtures setup to ensure all example tests start with clean binary directory.
