WIP: First shot at getting the Catalyst examples testing properly.

This was the best way that I could figure out on how to add in the Examples/Catalyst stuff to build with ParaView along with getting it to be tested from ParaView. I only did the CFullExample test for proof of functionality and skipped the rest of the Catalyst examples tests.
