Add commandline options to control display

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:display-arguments into master

vtkPVOptions now adds two new arguments to help set DISPLAY environment variable and EGL device index. These arguments make it easier to specify the set of available display names or devices and then assign them to each of the rendering ranks.
