Fixes ParaView icon on Windows. The paraview.exe didn't have executable icon set for 4.4. These changes were the culprit. Supporting long paths on Windows is not a use-case we care about, and if I remember correctly, even with these changes things didn't work very will with long paths. Hence reverting.
