Don't hide ghost array from UI

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:dont-hide-ghost-arrays into master

We no longer hide ghost arrays in the UI. ParaView users often need to look at ghost arrays for debugging purposes and hence it can no longer be treated as a internal array.

fixes #19353 (closed).
