Add interactive and batch tests for Cinema Spec-D exports

This merge request adds three different test scenarios for exporting data with the Cinema Spec-D table.

The tests are interactive with the gui and batch with the catalyst emulator filedriver.py. The CinemaExportNoTimesteps test fails right now, and can be commented out if needed.

It would be really nice if this could make it in by 5.7 if possible.
