NVIDIA-IndeX-plug-in-ver-2.3 fixes
It requires new IndeX library package 317600.2787!!!!
Updated plug-in version to 2.3.0. Fixes issues with time-series and structured volume grids. Fixed crash when switching between scalar properties. Added location of performance values and scene dump outputs. Added basic support for tile rendering when ParaView save screen shots. Tracking changes of Scalar Opacity Unit Distance. Fixed memory leaks when removing a dataset from the scene. Extended information in performance values output. Other minor changes.
