A progress dialog with ability to cancel is now shown when saving animation or saving animation geometry.

Historical note, we previously avoiding showing such popup progress dialog since it had a tendency of corrupting the rendering on non-compositing window managers. With #18446 (closed) fixed, that's no longer an issue.
