Pass point and cell data for the Clean Cells to Grid filter

Andrew Bauer requested to merge acbauer/paraview:clean_cells_to_grid_pass_pointdata into master

Point data is just passed as a shallow copy as the number of points doesn't change. New cell data arrays have to be computed since the number of cells can be reduced if there are "bad" cells in the input.
