Custom Viewpoints Toolbar

  • This add a Custom Viewpoints toolbar that has basically the same features as the pqCameraDialog Custom Viewpoints
  • This refactor a little the custom viewpoints management in pqCameraDialog in order to be able to use it externally
  • All around fixes and cleanup
  • Add test for the feature
  • Fix #17138 (closed)
