Adding a reset display empty views settings

Mathieu Westphal (Kitware) requested to merge mwestphal/paraview:ResetDisplayEmptyViews into master

Previously, when showing a single representation in an empty view, the view was reset systemically so the data can be seen. Although a nice feature, this is not a comportment you want all the time.

This MR add a settings to enable (defaut) or disable this feature.
