File Dialog 'Navigate' button state was not updated after navigation.

Sachin Krishnan requested to merge sachkris/paraview:file-dialog_navigate_cleanup into master

The Navigate button in File Dialog was allowing the user to navigate to non-existing directories. This fix updates the button states after navigation. Additionally, it clears the file name entry box after the navigation.
