ParaViewDetermineVersion: remove the --git-dir argument

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/paraview:version-no-git-dir-arg into master

This is a partial revert of 12518d64. The WORKING_DIRECTORY handles what is necessary here.

On setups where Cygwin and Git-for-Windows coexist, the paths generated here can confuse the discovered git executable if they're not in the format expected by its runtime.
