Fix: menu keyboard shortcuts

Fix a duplicate use of 'alt-F' on the main menu. Filters is now 'alt-L'. Add a shortcut 'R' for recent files.

@cory-quammen OK? These are two I ran into not being able to see my menu bar. Would you like me to look over menus more thoroughly?
