Improve multi clients mode : allow enabling further connections and setting connect-id

Improve multi clients mode:

  • Allow master client to enable/disable further connections from collaboration panel. Default is enable.
  • Add option --disable-further-connections on server to disable further connection by default.
  • Allow master client to change server connect-id from collaboration panel.
  • Add popup to ask user for connect id when client try to connect to server with a wrong id.
