Adding vtkIdTypeSize in about dialog

Mathieu Westphal (Kitware) requested to merge mwestphal/paraview:vtkIdTypeSizeAboutDialog into master

This commits add a (very simple) vtkPVIdTypeInformation to be used to recover sizepf(vtkIdType) on client and server, and displays it in the about dialog.
