Use TextAnnotationColor from settings to color renderview annotation

Scott Wittenburg requested to merge scott.wittenburg/paraview:add-renderview-annotation-color into master

The "Color Palette" tab in the settings dialog allows to set a "color used for text and other annotations", but it has never set the Annotation color. This was a bummer if you ever tried to turn on the Annotation text while your background was set to white.
