Hide backward compatibility option to plot globals over time filter

Shawn Waldon requested to merge shawn.waldon/paraview:plot-globals-hide-option into master

Changing this option and re-running the filter would cause the representation to crash when its input type changed. Leaving it as hidden will allow users who really want it to set it via Python.
