Support reload

Fixes #15716 (closed)

A new Reload Files option is now added to the Edit menu. Select the reader to reload in the Pipeline Browser and then go to the Edit menu (or just right click on the reader in the Pipeline Browser).

You'll be prompted with options to reload the existing files, or try to look up new files in a file series (of the reader supports file series).
