Setting Remote Render Threshold to zero causes crash on restart

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

Setting Remote Render Threshold to zero causes crash on restart.

If you set it to zero, something is written to the .config/blah.ini file which causes pvservers to bomb out, but only when running in parallel. Fine in single process more.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
