Chart rubber band zoom not zooming to selection

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

Often when you do a rubber band zoom in an X-Y chart, the zoom does not snap to the actual area that you selected. This is very noticeable when you make a very skinny selection. I think the zoom is maintaining the aspect ratio of the original view. It should not. Instead, it should adjust the aspect ratio to fit the area selected in the rubber band.
