Undo Accept should be Undo Apply

In the Edit menu, just after you've clicked the Apply button, the 1st entry in the Edit menu is "Undo Accept". This could be confusing to new ParaView users (i.e., folks who didn't use PV 2.*); it should say "Undo Apply" to be consistent with the naming of the Apply button. Similarly, "Redo Accept" should be "Redo Apply".
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
