Spreadsheet view - Select all should be disabled

If you click on the empty cell that is on top-left corner, something bad happens. It looks like a filter executes many times (progress blinks for a while). This is probably because it is trying to select all. We should probably disable select all.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
