Python path tests

Please add some tests for a correct python path (that includes the paraview module).
Specifically doing an "import paraview" from the following should work without the user needing to set the python path.
- pvpython
- programmable filter
- python GUI window from command line
- python GUI window from ParaView Mac Bundle
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
