Wireframe+surface representation

We have had user complaints about not being able to see the mesh structure when put in wireframe representation.

I think the best solution is to have a new representation that shows the surface but also shows a black wireframe drawn on it. Lots of other visualization packages have this type of representation (EnSight, Mustafa, blot, and other internal Sandia viewers).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
