EnSight reader - multi-part cell data mis-displayed

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

For multi-part data sets, PV's EnSight reader appears to mis-display cell data wrt parts. Attached file has two parts (p1:tria3, p2:bar2) and two time steps. The case file when read displays Cell Material (p1 is material 2 and p2 is material 3). Eight cells in p1 are displayed red/3; all cells in p2 are displayed blue/2. Other cell-based data is mis-displays as well. When the Extract Datasets filter is used to isolate p1 and p2 the displays for Cell Material are correct as are the displays for other cell-based data. The files are in "C Binary" format. There appears to bo no problems with point data.
