SNL: Volume rendering should not 'barf' on non-tetrahedral elements

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

If you have a 2D element like shell,line,etc... the tetrahedralizer just passes those through and then the volume rendering barfs. Not sure where those elements should be 'eliminated' ... either in the tetrahedralizer or in the volume rendering

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
