asinh function becomes zero when the raw data is smaller than -6.59e17
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS ParaView Version: 5.12.0-632-g6dd44fa3 Qt Version: 5.15.3
Description
As title, the function arcsinh() returns zero when the raw data is too negative.
For example, asinh(-6.59705e7) = -18.715 while asinh(-6.91123e7) = 0.
I use asinh() to visualize large numbers including positive and negative values while giving a sense of log scale.
Could you by any chance check with this issue? Thank you.
