memory leak in simple pipeline
Steps to reproduce:
- compile paraview master (7d10a44d) with
VTK_DEGUB_LEAKS=ON
- open ParaView and create a
Unstructured Cell Types
source and attachPlot Over Line
filter - close ParaView
- observe memory leak:

Class "vtkUnstructuredGrid" has 1 instance still around.

Class "vtkInformation" has 10 instances still around.
Class "vtkIdTypeArray" has 1 instance still around.
Class "vtkCellArray" has 1 instance still around.
