Warp By Scalar: GenerateEnclosure SEGFAULT on second call

Description

When using the "Warp By Scalar" filter with the Generate Enclosure property on, the filter fails on a second apply.

Tracing of the issue leads to some sort of segmentation fault: vtkWarpScalar::RequestData->vtkMarkBoundaryFilter->...-> Threaded Cell Link Building

Steps to reproduce

  1. Generate a Plane with more than 1 resolution in each direction
  2. Use the Random Attributes filter to generate a scalar float field on the points
  3. Use the Warp By Scalar filter to warp the mesh with the Generate Enclosure property checked
  4. Change the Scale Factor property
  5. Apply
