Warp By Scalar: GenerateEnclosure SEGFAULT on second call

Description

When using the "Warp By Scalar" filter with the Generate Enclosure property on, the filter fails on a second apply.

Tracing of the issue leads to some sort of segmentation fault: vtkWarpScalar::RequestData->vtkMarkBoundaryFilter->...-> Threaded Cell Link Building

Steps to reproduce

Generate a Plane with more than 1 resolution in each direction
Use the Random Attributes filter to generate a scalar float field on the points
Use the Warp By Scalar filter to warp the mesh with the Generate Enclosure property checked
Change the Scale Factor property
Apply
