Exodus reader not selecting blocks properly for dataset

The Exodus reader is not allowing users to select blocks properly for a dataset. Here is how to replicate:

  • 5.9.0, remote server (16 ranks), Linux.
  • Open dataset test.e.64, from subFilesRidDoNotRelease.tar.gz. Apply. Now, you see blocks.
  • Next, turn one or all of the blocks off. Apply. Blocks are still visible. This is a bug.

Marking as 5.10, but we actually need this ASAP. This is needed in order to visualize a huge dataset. I will then do a custom build for my user.
