Save a multiblock as a csv should allow user to save as multiple files instead of a single one.

Thanks to !3941 (merged), saving multiblock as csv is back in ParaView. But the previous implementation to save as multiple file instead of merging them is not available anymore.

It would be nice to add an option to the writer to save as multiple files.
