Cell Size filter doesn't work with (at least some) Lagrange cells

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create Unstructured Cell Types source
  2. Set Cell Type to Lagrange Hexahedron
  3. Set Blocks Dimensions to 1, 1, 1
  4. Create a Cell Size filter

Note that Volume cell data array is wrong. This looks like the Triangulate method is bad for the Lagrange Hex. Lagrange tet and Lagrange wedge are wrong as well.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
