CGNS dataset not colored by `vtkBlockColors` by default.

When one opens a CGNS partitoned dataset (e.g. sparc.cgns.4.*) with multiple blocks, it doesn't color by vtkBlockColors by default. That array is not even present.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
