ospray doesn't switch back from low res LOD
make a superquadric (or sources->anything really) show in surface mode, set interactive LOD threshold to 0 move camera, and note object is decimated while you hold mouse down, but returns to normal afterward
turn on ospray and repeat
object is decimated, but it doesn't return to normal. change the color or do anything to force the mtime to be noticed and it jumps back to normal. To fix, look into pvlodactor and make sure we see that it's changeover to between internal actors causes rendering/ospray to rebuild.
