Add option to label points by coordinates

Points and cells can be labeled by the values of variables. The variable to use for labeling is selected in the Selection Inspector (or Selection Display Inspector in 4.1). It would also be very helpful to have an option to label points by their x, y, z coordinates.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
