Translucent LUTs don't work correctly when parallel remote rendering is used.
This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.
- Parallel pvserver (2 nodes at least) with remote rendering enabled.
- Connect with ParaView
- Create Wavelet, Apply
- Switch to "Surface" representation
- Color by "RTData"
- On the color map editor, check "Enable opacity mapping for surfaces".
==> Everything will simply disappear!
- Now force the view to "update" by changing some display parameter on the representation e.g. turn on "Show Axis" to show the cube axes for the wavelet.
==> The rendering reappears and is correct!
- Also, changing the opacity transfer function doesn't seem to update the rendering (changing the color transfer function however, does seem to update promptly).
