Setup PVVTK dashboards

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

Pick a few VTK dashboard machines for all 3 OS. Make sure that these dashboards submit to ParaView's CDash and not VTK (ctest has some mechanism to do that).

  • Setup continuous to track "pv-next" in PVVTK.
  • Setup nightlies to track "pv-nightly-master" and "pv-nightly-next".
  • Create CDash groups for "PVVTK Nightly (master)", "PVVTK Nightly (next)" and "PVVTK Continuous (next").
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
