NRRD reader fails with windows line endings

When you create a NRRD header file on a typical windows text editor, it adds CRLF line endings. The NRRD reader is splitting lines on the LF only and not stripping out the CR. This makes string comparisons to things like data type fail. For example, when loading the attached aneurism.nhdr file, you get an error like
