ENH: review and update Turkish translation of ParaView elements

The purpose of the proposed changes is to enhance the quality of the Turkish translation for the ParaView software.

This is the final merge request which was preceded by !55 (merged), !56 (merged), !57 (merged), and !58 (merged).

The following files have been translated in tr_TR/:

  • Qt_Components.ts
  • Qt_Core.ts
  • Qt_Python.ts
  • Qt_Widgets.ts

Also, all the previously translated files were reviewed and updated.
