@ben.boeckel @utkarsh.ayachit Please review. I confirmed the produced macos binary has the SDK information embedded in FFMPEG dylibs.

Any idea what's up with docker on a couple of the pipelines, e.g. https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview-superbuild/-/jobs/5356995 It's not critical for this MR, but will be for others.
